Brushing teeth 3 times a day
If you have the opportunity, brush your teeth at least 3 minutes after each meal, this will limit the formation of plaque. For starters, the ideal is to use floss that prevents the formation of inter-dental caries. Then you must use a soft toothbrush (or medium) not to irritate your gums. If you are unable to brush your teeth, consider drinking a glass of water at the end of meals to take off as much food deposits and especially chew gum without sugar: it will at least saliva (to reduce acidity mouth) pending the next mechanical brushing!
Change toothbrush every 3 months
