Caring for your skin
The health of the skin is associated with healthy lifestyles. To take care of your skin, start by adopting healthy habits that protect it for internal and external elements.
* Drink plenty of water to keep your skin well hydrated.
* Take well-balanced meals.
* Protect your skin from sun's damaging rays.
* Follow an effective skin care.
Knowing your skin type will help you take care effectively.
When you choose cleansing products and skin care, those who agree to the other do not necessarily agree. According to the characteristics of the skin on the types of skin following:
Dry skin
Dry skin is rough to the touch and often gives a feeling of tension. If you have this skin type, do you clean with hot water and using soaps and alcohol-based products.
