How best to treat my teeth as an adult?

For a healthy smile, nothing better than to practice good dental hygiene. Even adults can have cavities and gum disease that can cause serious problems. Throughout your adult life, we must continue:
* Brushing teeth twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste to remove plaque, this coating that sticks to your teeth and is the main cause of tooth decay.
* Use dental floss every day to remove plaque accumulated between your teeth and gum under the border before it turns into tartar. Once tartar formed, only a professional scaling can eliminate it.
* Limit consumption of sugary foods and starchy foods. The more you Snack between meals, plus acids released by the plaque attack the enamel of your teeth.
* Go to the dentist regularly for checks and scaling.
