The causes of acne
Acne can be triggered as a result of several factors include:
Hormonal factor:
During the adult phase, secretion glands enters a greater causing increased production of sex hormone (androgen) among youth and adolescents. This excess hormone blocks the pores of the skin and comes into contact with the bacteria promoting the development of acne.
Hereditary factor:
For example, while both parents have acne, the possibility of having children is highly probable and can reach 60%. In addition it was found that whites are more likely to have that Asian or black.
Stress:
Stress, intense emotions and anxiety are accused of being responsible for the appearance of acne, these changes can affect hormonal concentration promoting the development of this skin disease.
Food:
So far, no studies have established a direct link between acne and food but some foods may contain chlorinated pollutants that might induce or exacerbate acne.
