Welcome to Lerner Lymphedema Services
Lerner Lymphedema Services (LLS) is a network of treatment facilities exclusively dedicated to the treatment of lymphedema. These clinics can be found through out the east coast and mid-west. They are the achievement of Robert Lerner, M.D., F.A.C.S. In addition, the Lerner Lymphedema Services Academy offers an intensive 14 day course taught by our expert faculty designed for therapists, nurses and physicians interested in becoming certified in the Manual Lymph Drainage/Complete Decongestive Physiotherapy (MLD/CDP) technique. Also, a major supplier of lymphedema bandages and other products necessary for home and facility care.
Dr. Lerner was the first to bring CDP, to the United States in 1989. Since that time, LLS has treated over 6,000 patients successfully, bringing CDP to the forefront of all available treatment modalities.

CDP is now the state-of-the-art treatment for lymphedema in the United States, and this is borne out by the recent affiliation of the Boston office with Massachusetts General Hospital and the affiliation of the New York office with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
Dr. Lerner and Lerner Lymphedema Services were recently featured on ABC's World News Tonight with Peter Jennings in a report by Dr. Timothy Johnson documenting the success of this remarkable treatment. At each LLS facility, expert physicians supervise specially trained and devoted lymphedema therapists.
