The mouth is a means by which we communicate and express our best (and worst) feelings. Have oral health is to smile when you're happy, you do not crack your teeth when you're nervous, is not to brush them when they're sad, anxious or depressed. The health of the individual reflects the environment in which he lives, the level of information they have access to treatment and education to prevent and self promote their health.

The aesthetics as worship is also important. It's pretty cool to smile without trauma, but not strong advances Tuesday teeth with bleeding gums. The important thing is the balance of components of cavities mouth.
